FITco is honored to provide new pipe cladding station which is designed for pipes and vessels for oil & gas, chemical, valve manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries.

Welding torch mechanism and welding power supply system can be installed on the main frame as a whole, effectively reducing the length of the welding torch cable and ensuring equipment stability. The welding torch head is installed on the guide rail, and the welding torch can be moved up and down using a PID controlled push rod. Welding torch have automatic arc voltage tracking function, when welding torch deviated the welding surface, it can adjustable in time. The welding torch can work continuously for a long time through forced cooling and circulating water cooling. Welding torch length is 12m, dual torch head, single tungsten, dual wire feeder, The welding torch has a length of 12m, dual torch heads, single tungsten electrode, dual wire feeding, and can achieve a welding application with an inner diameter of 135mm after welding. Floating positioner, no jumping of steel pipe during welding process. Linear guide roller frame. Hydraulic cylinder locking steel wire rope. It is suitable for the cladding of hot-rolled steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, forging pipes’.
